Congratulations to Andrew and Claudette Dickenson on the birth of their first child, a son Ethan.

To commemorate the anniversaries of four Premierships, the Spotswood Cricket Club will be holding a reunion. This will be a great opportunity to celebrate our past successes, catch up and reminisce with past Premiership players.

The night will also see the unveiling of our new '200 Game' honourboard. 19 past and present players will be inducted on the night.

The night will be held January 28^th 2012 from 7pm onwards at the W&M Couch Pavilion. The following premierships will be celebrated on the night:

1966/67           2^nd XI    North B                        45 years

1991/92           3^rd XI    North C                        20 years

1991/92           Ladies  B West                         20 years

1996/97           2^nd XI    Senior Div                    15 years

All past and present players and supporters are welcome

Gordon 'Panther' Jennings played his 400th game for the club and John Ross played his 200th game. Both have been popular members and outstanding players for the club over a long period of time, have been actively involved in the club at committee level and both have been team captains.  

Congratulations John and Gordon!!

Neil Balme, Geelong Football Club Operations Manager, will be our special guest on January 22nd 2012. 

Tables of 6.  $50 per head includes Beer, Wine, Traditional Sunday Roast and softdrinks.

The Italian Social Club (Altona North) has been booked for the Presentation Night on March 31st.

$60 per head. Includes 3 course meal, beer, wine, softdrink and entertainment (TBA). Dress will be 'Formal'.  Tables of 10. See Rob Quinn.

The Spotswood Cricket Club Team of the Decade for 2000/01 to 2009/10 was announced at a function on Saturday January 22nd. A good crowd, including the 'John Ross Cheer Squad' saw the following players selected.
